1.Transferring Employment:
This category applies to individuals currently employed in China who wish to change employers.
You must hold a valid work permit card and residence permit.
Your new job position and responsibilities must be the same as your previous one.
You are required to provide a resignation letter from your current company.
Your existing work permit card must be canceled.
2.Holding a Family Visa
This option is for individuals who are in China on a family visa.
You must hold a valid Q1/S1 visa or a residence permit.
You must meet the general qualifications for a work visa application.
A certified relationship document must be provided.
3.Top Talent (Type-A)
This category is for highly skilled individuals who meet specific criteria.
You must meet international and professional achievement standards.
You have been selected for a domestic talent introduction program.
Your monthly salary is at least six times the local average social salary of the previous year.
You are an outstanding young talent.You are an innovative and entrepreneurial talent.
You have accumulated 85 points or more on the official scoring system.
4.Holding an R Visa
This pathway is for individuals who have entered China on an R visa.
You must have obtained the R visa while overseas.
You can then apply for a Type-A work visa within China.
